How far in advance should I place my cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3 to 5 days in advance for standard cakes. For custom designs or large event cakes, please provide at least 2 weeks' notice to ensure availability.
Do you offer delivery services, and what are the charges?
Yes, we offer island-wide delivery. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location at checkout, and we provide free delivery for orders above $150.
Can I customize the sweetness level or ingredients of my cake?
Absolutely. We offer options for reduced sugar and can accommodate certain dietary restrictions like eggless or nut-free recipes upon request.
How should I store my cake after it is delivered?
To maintain freshness, our cream-based cakes should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 2-3 days. Fondant cakes should be stored in an air-conditioned room away from direct sunlight.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% processing fee.
Do you provide candles and birthday knives with the order?
Yes, every cake order comes with one complimentary cake knife and a standard set of candles. Please specify the number of candles you need in the order notes.
